Dear fans of my blog,

First off, I want to tell you what a great summer I had. Not only did I went to iceskate, but I also saw a movie with my cousin and my sister. One thing that I didn’t do (but wish I had) was that I could have fun with my mom and grandma!. It feels so happy and a little scared to be at school because I am happy to see my friends again. I am a little scared that people will laugh at me that my height are too small to be a 7th grade student. But now I am comfortable and not scared of that anymore!

Anyhow, I just watched a Men in Black video clip and it was really good. I couldn’t believe that Will Smith rip the paper and broke the pencil easily.But he is smart to get the table to write good on the paper! Looking at Mr. Lahana’s “MOST IMPORTANT THINGS” list it’s pretty clear this video was talking about #1. This is because Will Smith did use his own way to solve the problem to write on the paper comfortable. He move the table to write the paper on top of it to write it good. That is his own way to do it!

On #4 of Mr. Lahana’s “MOST IMPORTANT THINGS” list he talks about finding what you love. Besides texting, Facebooking, and drooling over my favorite star,playing with toys, I’m into some serious stuff. Stuff that not everyone’s into– like folding origami which not a lot of people do. It’s true! I could spend hours * and time just vanishes. If you gave me access to a computer with a camera, Garageband, Scratch, Photoshop or 3D design software I would make a game that showed off my talent at tech. But you know, I’m not perfect at my talent yet. By the end of the year I hope I can make one better than last years’. Well, that’s all I have time to write for now– Amanda Lin!
